When you have posted a new thread you can thank a member who gives you a reply. each "thanks" gives that person 3 rep points.

Advanced Profiles

If you go and look at your profiles you will see that they have slightly changed and members can now leave comments for each other. You will also see who is a "friend" of that person.

Friends

You can now have "friends" on the forum. your friends are displayed in your advanced profile.

Login Pop-Up

When you access the forum as a guest you are given a floating box that follows you promoting you to log in or sign up.

Extra Admin Benefits

I know have flood control, meaning i can define a fine a set time between posts. so i can make it so that you can only post every set amount of seconds.
Also i have a scrolling banner, which is useful for announcments for events and meets.

I am still working on the installation of some of these and you may notice some stuff changing.

I'm not going to use flood control like some other forums do. this forum is more towards freedom of speech but i know some people would disagree with that. lol

Yer i have left it running in it's current for incase one of the tech's need to see what the current colour is so i can get the script to add to the forum CSS to alter it.

i set a limit so you can only post every 10.20.30 seconds.

i can set if for how ever long i want. not going to use it but it's a good feature to have.

It stops serial spammers
